Great service with an amazing sub maker. Always kind and respectful to me. Heard it's under new ownership and a dramatic change ever since what happened to the previous owner. Very clean place. I can't wait to come again

this particular subway was recently on wxyz channel 7 news after a employee was photographed with her feet resting upon the preparation areacrew.....so very disgusting.....health department was notified....i wouldn't and won't be stopping by this subway no time soon...

Not happy. I flew in this morning and wanted subway food because it's convenient, cheap and healthy. I use the subway preorder app all the time where I'm from (MD VA area). I've tried at least 5-7 different locations in 2 different states. No matter how busy the store is, they always have my order ready when I get there. I walk 3 blocks in the pouring rain all soaking wet to get my order and the one dude working at the entire place ignores me for 5-8 mins because the line was full. How do you only have 1 person working? But when he finally did addressed me he was like we don't fill online orders when we are busy.
Really??? Well you could have told me that before I left my place and walked three blocks in torrential rains. Dude I'm not even exaggerating.
So I was like what do I do to get my food? and he basically was like get in the line where 10 other people were ahead of me. I only got in the line because they had already charged my credit card. When I saw on the app that the order was not accepted, I got out of there because it was ridiculous. What's the point of ordering ahead then?
The website told me the order would be ready in 15 mins as it always has. Come on, you could have let me know beforehand or don't have the store accept orders if it's going to be like this.
5 mins after leaving I got an email saying the order had been canceled due to an unforeseen error. Was that a cya manueuver? I'm not returning to this location again. -

JK! came in an hour before closing. Apparently if they didn't slice enough onions, open up enough olives and pickles before some arbitrary time in the evening you are absolutely out of luck.
The onions i can sort of understand as that's a fresh item. If it had been bread, totally, you have to actually make that. But they've got to have more olives and pickles just waiting to be opened and put out.
I just wonder at what time they ran out in the evening...was it 8pm? was it 9?

This store was rude and did not honor a coupon. It clearly said buy any get same or equal free. They called the owner and said they could only do 6 in. I refused and said I would not buy them. They didn't care. Don't go here. The worst part is I showed them the coupon before they made it.
